We had a wonderful stay here for my husband's 50th bday. The house had more than enough room for us, another couple, and a friend. Kai was a very responsive host and even helped us find some great restaurants for the weekend. The neighborhood is lovely and we felt very safe. The fireplaces kept everything nice and cozy even in January.
